Commercialising a World Championship

World Supercross asked us to support them in building a commercial strategy to grow ticketing, merchandising and sponsorship as they expand globally.

Finding Sponsors

The team have successfully secured hundreds of millions of dollars of sponsorship for sporting brands such as the Rugby World Cup and the Australian Open. We specialise in helping sports to target brands whose audience is the 40+ market.

Reimagining a Major Event

Our team cut their teeth reimagining the Australian Open. The brief was simple. We no longer want to be the 4th Slam. Can we become more than a tennis event? By analysing our fans, providing experiences targeted specifically for them we trebled revenue, became the most attended and most viewed Grand Slam. We continue this process today in Fallon and Wolf.

Merchandise and Retail Programs

With revenues from merchandise programmes at major sporting events often reaching over 70% from the 40+ market it is vital to design products and shops which are appropriate. Our team have built and successfully grown merchandise programmess tailor made for this market at Roland Garros, Australian Open and Melbourne F1 Grand Prix.

Destination Marketing

The Victorian Government in Australia has built one of the world's most impressive Major Event Strategies, marketing Melbourne globally via flagship events such as F1, The Australian Open, AFL Grand Final and the Melbourne Cup. We were asked by Visit Victoria to create a strategy to amplify the promotional value of these events globally.

Creative Live Experiences

From restaurant designs, hospitality programs, live ticketed events, theatre tours, secret pop up bars and one-off stunts, our team have built targeted experiences for partners as varied as the Wanderlust Festival and The Australian Open.

Film and content

We produce and distribute content from live action and film, short form video all aimed at this audience. We are currently Executive Producing a film to hit theatres in 2025 called “Three Degrees” a true story about 3 black footballers in 1980 who overcome racism in English football.
